From an outcome to completed work
You describe the result. Doso plans a path, asks permission where needed, carries out the work, and keeps adapting until the finish conditions are met — using your graphs, your connections, your host, and your models.
Suppose you say: “Get our project review ready for tomorrow. Every open issue needs an owner and next step, the agenda must fit 45 minutes, and ask me before inviting anyone.” That short conversation gives Doso an outcome, a finish line, and a clear permission boundary.
1. Describe the outcome
Tell Doso what should be true when the work is finished. Add the constraints that shape a valid result, such as a deadline, budget, required people, or quality bar. Doso asks follow-up questions when a missing detail would change the plan.
2. Reason about the path
Doso works backward from the finish conditions. For the project review, it may gather unresolved issues, identify missing owners, resolve agenda conflicts, draft the agenda, and verify that every issue is covered. Notes, messages, calendar details, live sources, and connected Knowledge provide context for those decisions.
3. Design the workflow
Doso turns the path into concrete steps with checks between them. The workflow can change as the work changes; it is a working plan, not a script you must specify in advance. You can inspect or refine it in Workflows.
4. Ask before consequential actions
Doso pauses before consequential actions. It can draft the meeting invitation and show you the recipients, timing, and message, then wait for approval before sending. The same applies to publishing, purchasing, deleting, or changing shared systems. You can set additional boundaries for the outcome.
5. Work, check, and adapt
Doso carries out safe or approved work and checks each result against the plan. If an owner declines, a source conflicts with another, or the agenda runs long, Doso updates the workflow and tries the next useful path instead of stopping at the first obstacle.
6. Finish against the agreed conditions
The outcome is complete when the finish conditions are met. Doso returns the finished work, what it verified, and any decision that still belongs to you. Preferences saved in Memories can shape future outcomes without replacing the instructions for this one.
